Hotel Operations Manager

The Front Desk and Guest Services Lead will oversee the day-to-day management of hotel operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, effective guest communication, and prompt issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Implement procedures for smooth hotel operations
  • Resolve guest complaints in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Team Leader in a similar role
  • Prior experience in customer-facing positions
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems

  • Proven track record of excellent leadership and customer service
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
