About the roleMater Health Services is seeking casual Guest Services Assistants (Housekeeping) to join our team at the South Brisbane Campus.
This is an expression of interest for those interested in working across a rotating roster, including weekends.Salary range : $31.24 - $33.68 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation.What you'll be doingYou will perform cleaning and guest service tasks in various hospital areas, supporting the Guest Service team to ensure safety, efficiency, and high standards of cleanliness and patient care.Your duties will include but are not limited to :Delivering guest service activities within required time frames and standardsAchieving guest service KPIs across all Mater facilitiesMaintaining a friendly, cheerful demeanor to support patientsFollowing all policies, procedures, and work instructions relevant to guest servicesAdhering to strict cleaning protocols and health and safety guidelinesCompleting 3-stage Deprox cleaning using appropriate machinery safely and according to guidelinesRespecting guest confidentiality and rightsLogging maintenance issues as neededWhy join us?
