
Guest Services Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Guest Services Manager to lead our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the guest services team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Managing daily operations, including scheduling and task delegation
- Welcoming guests and creating a warm, professional first impression of the hotel
- Coordinating luggage handling and valet parking services
- Providing detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Offering personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and tourism activities
- Promoting and explaining loyalty programs to guests
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance area
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Guest Services Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
- Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems
- In-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and services
