Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Duty Manager to lead our Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front Office team to achieve service excellence.
  • Manage day-to-day Front Office operations including check-in/check-out, billing and reporting.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
  • Develop and train the team to improve performance.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a hotel Front Office as a Duty Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems is advantageous.
  • Able to work a flexible roster.
