Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Acquisition Expert to partner with our Technology portfolio. This is a fixed 10-month contract, available due to secondment.

This role involves sourcing new business contracts and recruitment requirements for both permanent and temporary positions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates for various roles within the Technology portfolio
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to fulfill their recruitment needs
  • Maintaining relationships with external agency providers and sourcing top talent in the Australian market

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in recruitment or human capital acquisition
  • Strong background in Tech/IT recruitment
  • Experience working within financial or professional services; both agency and in-house backgrounds preferred
