- Align human capital technology with business strategy across diverse operations.
- Lead functional excellence in support teams and integrated HR and Payroll solutions.
- Provide timely, effective support to HR, Payroll, and Shared Services teams.
- Execute delivery on change requests, enhancement projects, and annual SAP patching activities.
- Produce and maintain functional specifications and solution designs across multiple SuccessFactors modules.
- Conduct unit testing and oversee system integration testing.
- Support continuous improvement programs and HR system transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business teams to design data structures and master data frameworks.
- Analyse current and future-state business processes for HR, Payroll, and Shared Services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- 5–10 years hands-on experience with SAP HCM/Payroll solutions.
- Demonstrated functional experience in Australian SAP Payroll.
