Strategic HR Consultant Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced strategic consultant to join a leading organization for a 12-month contract.

Reporting to the National Human Resources Manager, this role will provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders as part of the broader Human Resources team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Driving the delivery of effective human capital strategy and initiatives across the partner and employee life cycle
  • Providing employee relations and policy support
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Leading project work and coaching/mentoring
  • Diversity championing and mental health awareness

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Relevant human resources generalist experience in a complex, professional environment
  • Proven abilities in developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working within the professional services industry (advantageous)

The national Human Resources team forms part of the Business Advisory Services department, providing strategic business partnering support to the organization on human resources issues.
