Director of Human Capital Management

As a key member of the organization, you will lead a diverse set of functions including talent acquisition, payroll, people analytics, systems, and facilities.
You will drive improvements in processes, policies, and practices across these areas, collaborating closely with the people partner team and performance & reward.
This role involves delivering innovative solutions in planning, analytics, and technology to enable informed, data-driven decisions within the people team and business leaders.
Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, overseeing payroll and people operations, managing key risks, and developing analytics strategies.
Additionally, this role requires building strong partnerships across the business and within the people team, ensuring smooth transitions of work, and commercially managing vendors.
Successful applicants must have experience leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships quickly.
A proven track record of continuous improvement, disciplined execution, and project management skills is also essential.
