About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital professional to drive strategic people initiatives across our facilities. Working closely with senior leaders and executives, this individual will support, challenge and enable leaders to deliver on their business objectives by focusing on talent and capability development.

This role involves driving people projects focused on long-term objectives, working with key stakeholders to deliver a suite of priority initiatives to improve experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Embedding leadership capabilities through coaching and reinforcing with senior leaders
  • Facilitating talent acquisition and onboarding processes for senior leader and executive appointments
  • Building capability of senior leaders to deliver effective performance development interventions and demonstrate safety advocacy
  • Embedding values/employee value proposition initiatives
  • Identifying talent and facilitating accelerated development of top talent

The successful candidate will also build effective relationships across functions and workstreams, interpreting people metrics to drive measurable improvement. Comfortable working in an ambiguous and complex environment, this role will drive delivery of people solutions that leverage expertise and meet business needs.

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated HR generalist, consulting or organizational development experience with a strong focus on executing strategy, including:

  • Coaching senior leaders to effectively improve their skills in leadership and drive performance outcomes
  • Working in a commercial environment, understanding the strategic and operational implications of people initiatives and measuring impact of initiatives
  • Facilitating leadership or technical programs or sessions
  • Implementing significant change through a complex organization
