Funding Support Officer

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (negotiable)
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position that provides a central contact point between the NDIS and Brightwater's Supported Independent Living (SIL) operational and Business Services teams.
The Funding Support Officer will be responsible for managing Programs of Support, funding claims, price guides and correspondence with client and funder stakeholders to support the delivery of responsive and continuous services to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the SIL team in relation to NDIS funding and compliance.
- Manage correspondence with clients, funders, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and implement policies and procedures related to NDIS funding and compliance.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a complex administration position or similar.
- Excellent computer skills, including strong skills in Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of financial and customer database systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise, consult, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in the disability or aged care sector and working knowledge of NDIS funding principles are highly desirable.
