Funding Support Officer

Brightwater Care Group is seeking a highly skilled Funding Support Officer to join our Supported Independent Living team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role provides a central contact point between the NDIS and Brightwater's SIL operational and Business Services teams in relation to Programs of Support, funding claims, price guides, and management of correspondence with client and funder stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of responsive and continuous services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial data and customer information with precision and attention to detail.
  • Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of financial and customer database systems.
  • Liaise, consult, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build successful relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professional application of privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • Work independently, collaboratively, and flexibly in a team environment, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and resolving issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of previous experience in a complex administration position, requiring oversight of financial data and customer information.
  • A competitive salary package, estimated at AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, inclusive of salary packaging benefits.
