We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in providing rewarding support services.
Key Responsibilities:- Support clients in daily living, social, and recreational skills to enhance their independence.
- Assist clients in achieving their personal goals and maintaining stable mental health.
- Cultivate an environment that fosters skill development and growth.
Living Right Care specializes in NDIS, Aged Care, and DVA holistic support. Essential requirements include reliable transportation, understanding of mental health and disability, and willingness to participate in physical activities such as swimming and rock wall climbing.
Desirable qualifications include Cert IV in Mental Health or equivalent. Possession of First Aid CPR, valid Drivers Licence, comprehensive car insurance, current Police Check, Covid-19 Vaccination, NDIS Modules, and DFFH Elder Abuse Modules is preferred.
This role requires flexibility with shift work, weekend availability, and varying hours (6-30 per week). Benefits include professional development opportunities, travel reimbursement, overtime pay, penalty rates, and performance-based bonuses.
Requirements:- Location: Frankston area with willingness to commute to surrounding suburbs.
- Work availability: flexible with shift work and weekends.
- Language: English required.
- Licence/Certification: Drivers Licence (P1, P2 or Full), Certificate IV in Mental Health (or equivalent).
