Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and providing a high level of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage guest complaints and issues, resolving them in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Positive, friendly, and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High standard of personal presentation.
  • Knowledge of OPERA or other PMS systems (an advantage).
