Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Provide expert knowledge of our hotel and local community to exceed guest expectations
  • Collaborate with the front office team to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives
  • Take guest reservations and handle cash handling and credit card responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency
About You:
  • Experience with property management systems, such as OPERA
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Working rights in Australia and a strong desire to grow and develop your career
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment
