At Four Points by Sheraton, we're looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our community of approachable and straightforward talent. As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the face of our hotel, providing a friendly, genuine service to every traveler who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist travelers with check-in and departure processes
  • Handle general enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Build relationships with existing and new travelers to drive future bookings
  • Support the front office team with operational tasks
  • Take guest reservations and manage cash handling and credit card responsibilities
  • Be an expert on the hotel and local area to exceed guest expectations
About You:
  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
  • Relevant industry experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiasm to grow your career
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment
