Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests during their stay, providing seamless check-ins and check-outs.
  • Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Make bookings and recommendations, showcasing your knowledge of local attractions and amenities.
  • Assist guests with their queries and concerns, providing swift and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with guests and colleagues.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude, with a commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Professional presentation and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
