We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our Customer Success Team at REA Group.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving adoption, retention, and advocacy across our portfolio of accounts. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver tailored customer experiences that drive business outcomes and increase the value proposition for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of improving adoption and retention in fast-paced environments. They will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, negotiation abilities, and the ability to sell and quickly deliver the foundational value proposition.

You will thrive in a multi-tasking environment, adjusting priorities on the fly while comfortable with analytics to identify and predict customer risks and opportunities. You will be able to translate insights into impactful actions and serve as a role model of customer centricity, influencing outcomes that improve the customer experience.
