Job Description

As the Head of People and Culture, you will be at the forefront of shaping the organisation's human resources strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and Implementing an Annual People and Culture Strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall business goals.
  • Overseeing the People Function and leading a dedicated team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Driving Initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across all levels of the organisation.
  • Leading the L&D Function to create a culture of learning and develop industry-leading training.
  • Strategically Managing the Talent Acquisition Function to attract top talent that aligns with the organisation's values and goals.
  • Designing and Executing Organisational Development Strategies that promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Developing and Implementing DEI Strategies that foster an inclusive culture, as well as working with external organisations to attract diverse talent.
  • Maintaining a Strong Knowledge of Fair Work and Relevant Employment Law.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR leader with over 10 years of experience in Executive HR roles. They will possess a proven track record of leading teams in HR, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition. Strong knowledge of relevant employment law and navigating risk in a scaling business is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience in designing and implementing effective organisational development strategies. Familiarity with change management processes, with hands-on experience executing cultural and procedural changes is key. Relevant qualifications in HR, Psychology, or equivalent experience is essential.
