About the Role: Active Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Facilities Administrator to support our educational institution. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the Facilities Management team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including preparing invoices, purchase orders, and managing the school vehicle booking system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, being the first point of contact for vendors, contractors, staff, and parents.
  • Manage insurance claims, coordinate repairs, and visitor parking.
  • Assist with the receptionist team and ensure the school access system, key register, and ID cards are managed efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, high energy, and a positive attitude.
  • Desirable Skills: Understanding of security systems, CCTV surveillance, and maintenance systems.
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in business/office administration or similar.
  • Experience: School experience ideal, willingness to obtain WWCCE.
  • Driver's Licence: Current unrestricted NSW driver's licence.
  • Computer Skills: Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
