Job Summary

A leading consulting firm, Anton Murray Consulting, is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join their team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Ensure quality and timely service delivery to clients, maintaining overall quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, services, and contracts, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Performance Reporting: Manage and report vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Property and Tenancy Issues: Resolve property and tenancy-related issues efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with financial and administrative requirements, ensuring compliance.
  • Initiative and Leadership: Participate in initiatives and take an active role in management, driving business growth.
  • Facility Inspections: Conduct daily facility inspections, major audits, and ensure office area tidiness.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain records of inspections, maintenance reports, certificates, and compliance documentation.
  • Moves and Churn: Participate in minor churn, moves, and assist with capital expenditure projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of facilities management experience, with technical expertise in operating systems, database, telecommunications, and data security technologies.
  • Certifications: ITIL, MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, project management, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45 per hour, reflecting the value of your skills and experience. As an on-site contractor, you will work directly at our client's location in Sydney.
