Facilities Administration Officer Role

This exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Facilities Administration Officer to join Charterhouse in the Sydney CBD.
As a key member of the Procurement and Facilities Unit, you will provide administrative support services, including processing orders, requisitions, and invoices, as well as preparing information for purchase orders and organizing payments.
Your responsibilities will also include building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You will have experience in facilities management, particularly in office moves, and be proficient in SAP or similar systems. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. You will also be willing to learn and grow with the team, contributing to the success of Charterhouse.
We offer a competitive salary of $42 per hour, paid on an hourly basis. The contract duration is through to 31st March 2025, with potential extension. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional results.
