Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Fan Engagement Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to engage with multicultural communities and grow connection and affinity to cricket in Australia.

The role includes:

  • Planning and executing digital activities across social media channels to increase fan engagement and participation.
  • Creating content that showcases the excitement and energy of cricket, capitalizing on storytelling opportunities to inspire new fans and deepen existing relationships.
  • Building best practice initiatives and exploring further opportunities for digital growth and expansion.

To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in marketing and communications, relevant tertiary qualifications, and a working knowledge of social media platforms.

You will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital fan engagement strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with multicultural communities.
  • Maintain and improve social media presence through regular posting and monitoring.
  • Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
