Fan Engagement Specialist

As a communications specialist, you will drive strategic change in digital experiences, junior participation, culturally diverse inclusion, gender equality and sustainability. You will be part of a team that reimagines the future, builds connections through storytelling and plays a key role in developing the game globally.
This role involves working closely with media, marketing, engagement and partners to engage audiences and drive attendance amongst multicultural communities at events this summer. The successful candidate will also be responsible for media and PR operations for domestic cricket.
We seek a skilled communications professional who can deliver integrated campaigns driving media and community engagement with multicultural fans. Key responsibilities include building a multicultural media strategy, acting as Media Operations Lead for international and domestic tours and matches, supporting the delivery of Australian Cricket's upcoming Multicultural Action Plan, and more.
Our ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience in communications, relevant tertiary qualifications, demonstrated experience in sport or a communications agency delivering large-scale promotional plans, and excellent collaboration skills.
