Transformative Digital Experience Manager

We are seeking a dynamic specialist to drive transformative change in digital experiences, junior participation, culturally diverse inclusion, gender equality and sustainability.
This role requires close collaboration with media, marketing, fan engagement and partners to engage media and drive attendance amongst multicultural communities at the cricket this summer.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Digital, Marketing and Communications department to deliver smart, integrated campaigns driving media and community engagement with our multicultural fans.
- Build a multicultural media strategy, including regular engagement and activity to promote the summer of cricket.
- Act as Media Operations and Communications Lead for International and Domestic tours and matches.
- Support the delivery of Australian Cricket's upcoming Multicultural Action Plan, including initiatives aligned to communications and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in media and communications, relevant tertiary qualifications, and demonstrated experience in sport or a PR agency delivering large-scale promotional plans.
