About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to implement our fan engagement strategy, driving growth and engagement of existing fans. As Fan Engagement Coordinator, you will manage game day operations, content uploads, schedules, and documentation, ensuring collaboration across football and administration departments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement fan engagement strategy, enhancing the overall fan experience
  • Manage game day operations, including content creation and distribution
  • Collaborate with football and administration teams to achieve shared goals
  • Ensure adherence to policy and procedures for fan engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Sport, Business, or Marketing
  • Strong understanding of the AFL landscape and its dynamics
  • Proactive team player with excellent written and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
