About The Role

An opportunity has arisen in our Digital Product & Technology team for a Mobile Product Manager. This role will lead the next generation of fan-facing mobile experiences, driving engagement across digital platforms with a strong focus on the mobile app product and strategy.

  • Lead the mobile product strategy by delivering the roadmap for AFL mobile apps, balancing fan needs, commercial opportunities, and evolving the platform long term.
  • Develop features and initiatives to encourage regular app usage, increase session time, strengthen connection to the game, and deliver monetization opportunities aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Enhance features that drive logged-in user engagement, creating compelling value proposition for registered users, leveraging personalization strategies to deliver tailored experiences and relevant content to encourage sign-in and retention.
Key Responsibilities

This is a great role for a current Product Manager who:

  • Has a strong understanding of Android and iOS ecosystems, including platform-specific UX considerations and native app capabilities.
  • Is skilled in mobile product management, with experience delivering large-scale consumer-facing apps.
  • Excels in product discovery, collaborating with UX/PX teams and translating fan feedback into actionable improvements.
