Multicultural Engagement Specialist

Seeking a skilled professional to drive engagement with multicultural communities and support the growth of cricket in Australia. As a key member of our Digital, Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to attract and retain fans from diverse backgrounds.
This role involves creating engaging content, building relationships with community groups, and delivering community events that promote the game. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategies that meet our business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to grow fan engagement
- Creating content that resonates with diverse audiences and promotes the values of our organization
- Building relationships with community groups and stakeholders to drive engagement outcomes
- Delivering community events and activations that showcase the game and its benefits
Requirements for this role include:
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in marketing and communications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as communications or marketing
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Passion for content creation and connecting with diverse audiences
