Chief Fan Experience Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of fan-facing mobile experiences. As a Mobile Experience Leader, you will drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive mobile strategy, balancing fan needs with commercial opportunities.
You will be responsible for creating features and initiatives that encourage regular app usage, increase session time, strengthen connection to the game, and deliver monetization opportunities aligned with commercial objectives.
To achieve this, you will analyze data to understand behavioural patterns and track funnel performance to inform product optimisation. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and connected fan journeys across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive mobile strategy, balancing fan needs with commercial opportunities.

Requirements:- Strong understanding of Android and iOS ecosystems, including platform-specific UX considerations and native app capabilities.
- Skilled in mobile product management, with experience delivering large-scale consumer-facing apps.
- Commercial mindset, understanding how to balance monetisation strategies with great user experiences.
