Marketing Coordinator - Fan Engagement

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support engagement with multicultural communities and drive fan and community engagement.

This role plays a key part in delivering digital activities through social media channels, community events, and associated projects.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to create engaging content and grow connection and affinity to Australian Cricket.
  • Build best practice social and digital initiatives and explore further opportunities for digital following and growth.
  • Establish clear guidelines for content moderation and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Support the delivery of Australian Cricket's Multicultural Action Plan, including initiatives aligned to digital marketing and community engagement.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to broader marketing plans, ensuring campaigns are inclusive and resonate with diverse communities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in marketing and communications.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications: e.g. Communications, Marketing degree.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and how to manage a variety of accounts and pages.
  • Passionate about content creation and connecting with a diverse range of audiences.
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience building relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to solve problems on the go.
  • Strong understanding of different cultures and communities and able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences.
