HR Business Partner - 12 Month Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the organization to support the delivery of HR initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, compliance, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Servicing as a key point of contact for HR-related matters and provide guidance to employees and managers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to HR activities and initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR generalist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Professional certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI certifications)
  • Experience in recruitment and talent management
  • Knowledge of HR systems and technology
