Strategic Business Consultant

Support the analysis of workforce data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to support organizational transformation.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
  • Support the analysis of workforce data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful Strategic Business Consultant must have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a blue-collar workforce environment.
  • At least 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role within the Public Sector.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret workforce data effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
