Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Mane Consulting is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a small team and drive business growth in the Mackay Branch, covering the Bowen Basin region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 3 (1 storeman, 2 junior team members)
  • Identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships
  • Exceed sales and profitability targets while managing working capital
  • Conduct technical presentations, underground audits, and pull testing
  • Support existing customers and promote new products
  • Engage in sales negotiations and ensure service levels are met
  • Domestic travel and underground work required

  • Strong sales management experience within the mining industry
