You will work in a client-facing role, developing and maintaining relationships with businesses across Melbourne. Your goal is to build trust and provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key to your success will be your ability to understand complex banking needs and use innovative products and services to drive business growth.
Your portfolio will consist of established clients, whom you will provide excellent service to, while also identifying opportunities for new client acquisition and further growth.
Your team includes experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients.
We aim to be the primary financial institution for businesses in our target market, providing a range of needs and requirements, including transactional banking, commercial lending, working capital finance, asset finance, and risk management.
Requirements:
- Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business;
- Have experience in successfully building and leading a commercial or corporate portfolio, with commercial lending above $10m;
- Are highly skilled in driving deal execution, with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions;
- Use their network and referral partners to identify and pursue new-to-bank opportunities;
- Thrive in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
- Are comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers;
