About the Role

As the Business Growth and Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing new lending opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline, and achieving a monthly loan origination target.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and originate new loan opportunities within the private lending market.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
  • Buidl and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and referral partners.
  • Schedule and manage meetings in informal and professional settings.
  • Maintain an organised pipeline using CRM systems, and report regularly to leadership.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business development within banking or financial services.
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Crm and pipeline management experience.
