Key Responsibilities- Accurately identify claim types, code all new claims, and register all new claims, ensuring timely and accurate eligibility entitlement decisions.
- Verify claim lodgement details with employers and workers, as required.
- Monitor new claims inboxes and registration queues, taking prompt action as necessary.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Team Manager.
