New Claims Coordinator

Gallagher Bassett's Eligibility branch is dedicated to making quality decisions regarding liability for newly-lodged worker's compensation claims within designated timeframes. As a New Claims Coordinator, you will support the eligibility function by promptly identifying, reviewing, and registering new claims to enable accurate and timely eligibility entitlement decisions.
Your Responsibilities- Accurately identify claim types and code all new claims
- Register all new claims accurately and within specified timeframes
- Contact employers and workers (where required) to verify claim lodgement details
- Monitor new claims inboxes and registration queue, taking action as required
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Team Manager
We are looking for an individual with:
- High attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline (preferred)
