About the Role

As a key member of our Operations team at Neuron Mobility, the Operations Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our Ground Patrollers and Drivers. This includes ensuring the timely deployment of our e-scooters to designated stations, managing the retrieval and return of scooters, and performing quality control and basic maintenance on our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the scheduling and deployment of Ground Patrollers and Drivers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate the retrieval and return of e-scooters to designated parking stations.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks on e-scooters to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Train new team members and conduct refresher training to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure that the Operations team adheres to our Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

  • A valid Open Class Driver Licence.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 26-28 kg.
  • Previous experience in a mobility or logistics role is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.
