Job Description

As a key player in our design team, you will lead the development of seasonal accessories ranges across various categories. Your expertise will drive trend-driven, brand-aligned collections that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement seasonal accessories strategies to align with brand vision.
  • Conduct market research and forecast colour, trend, and styling directions to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate creative elements and drive innovation.
  • Manage supplier communications to ensure quality, price, and compliance standards are met.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of collections at buy meetings, VM handovers, and PSR reviews.
  • Maintain colour palettes, trims, approvals, and seasonal range boards.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong technical understanding of footwear and accessories. A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Fashion Design (or related field) is required, along with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
