National Manager, Conversion and Accessories

As the National Manager, Conversion and Accessories, you will hold responsibility for delivering genuine and affiliated accessories across all current and new models. Reporting to the AMIEO region, the role oversees the Oceania markets while supporting other regions in alignment with overall regional business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with global teams to develop suitable accessory strategies for future Nissan model plans.
  • Present and approve vehicle plans through regional and global accessory groups to ensure project delivery.
  • Support local planning and engineering to ensure accessory delivery meets budgets, timelines, and Nissan standards.

With a strong focus on business growth and expansion, you will:

  • Set strategic direction for the Conversions and Accessories group to promote business development and explore new opportunities.
  • Manage local workload and resources to ensure project success.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven project management skills with success in handling multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of regulation, compliance, and product development principles.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
