Job Overview:

The role of National Manager, Conversion and Accessories is a key position in the organization, responsible for delivering genuine and affiliated Nissan accessories across all current and new models.

This senior management role reports to the AMIEO region (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, and Oceania) and oversees responsibilities in the Oceania markets while aligning with overall regional business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with local, regional, and global teams to understand future Nissan model plans and develop suitable accessory strategies.
  2. Presents and approves vehicle plans through regional and global accessory groups to support project delivery.
  3. Supports local Planning and Engineering to ensure accessory delivery aligns with budgets, timelines, and Nissan standards.
  4. Sets strategic direction for the Conversions and Accessories group to promote business growth and explore future opportunities.
  5. Manages local workload and resources to ensure resource availability and project funding.
Accountabilities:
  1. Oversees business planning, liaising with global teams to manage accessory program timelines, resources, and milestones.
  2. Supports engineering and planning functions to streamline processes and meet global standards.
  3. Maintains and expands the accessory supplier base, investigating new suppliers for development opportunities.
  4. Manages resources such as CAD, workshops, and tools necessary for project completion.
  5. Ensures timely approvals to avoid project delays.
