About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to provide top-notch customer service and technical support for our clients' telecommunications needs. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing level 1 support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Logging and managing service requests (MACs) efficiently
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Liaising with clients and coordinating maintenance activities with third-party suppliers

You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we'd love to hear from you

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1+ year of experience in an IT/telecommunications service desk environment
  • Familiarity with IT service management applications like ServiceNow (a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and handle high-priority issues under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
