About the Role

As a commercially focused Executive Director of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing Counselling service. Your role is to ensure effective service delivery and operational efficiency while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in areas such as child trauma, domestic and family violence, individual, couples and family counselling.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and supervision of staff members
  • Staff development and wellbeing initiatives
  • Operational management of services including strategic planning
  • Service growth and innovation through strategic contribution

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Leadership, Community Services or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role with strong commercial focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and report writing
