Job Title: Inclusion Projects Specialist

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of initiatives and programmes to support student inclusion and equality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of inclusive programmes and projects to promote diversity and equity in student experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver targeted interventions that address the needs of underrepresented student groups.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, staff, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project manage the delivery of events, campaigns, and communications activities that promote student inclusion and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support inclusive practices and promote equal opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • First-degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Passion for improving student experiences and outcomes, with knowledge of widening participation and equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Experience of project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in using online portals and databases.
