**Are you immediately looking for an introduction to National expanding company? Modus have an 8 month maternity contract for a Supply Chain Contracts Specialist, with likelihood for future opportunities in the team.**

Modus are looking for a strategic Supply Chain Contracts Specialist to be responsible for analysing data, zone mapping and identifying trends across our national contractor base.

This opportunity will ideally suit someone who is looking for a fast-paced environment, a quick learner and having a background in projects/ contractor management would be highly beneficial.

**What does the day to day look like?**
- Analyse data, trends, and gaps across our national contactor database
- Provide strategic resourcing options and source contractors nationally
- Meet with new potential contractors and initiate commercial conversations where required
- Update database to reflect completed zoning projects
- Build on new and existing contractor relationships and manage contractor negotiations
- Manage and approve use and onboarding of new contractors
- Work with the operations team to implement and monitor cost savings initiatives

**To be successful you will have**:

- Minimum 3 years' supply chain strategic or contractor resourcing experience
- A project or contractor administrator background would be highly trasnferrable
- Exceptional communicator, organisation, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and friendly approachable personality
- Data management experience is desirable
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Excel skills are essential
