Senior Specialist for Diversity and Inclusion

This is a pivotal role in advancing organisational culture by delivering holistic wellbeing programs, strengthening events that promote inclusion, and uplifting diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging through internal communications and campaigns.

The position requires shaping and amplifying key initiatives, tailoring them across markets while embedding a unified employee experience. The ability to operate across diverse white and blue collar business units is essential.

  • Lead wellbeing, diversity & inclusion programs on an initial 5-6 month contract, driving cultural impact and engagement globally.
  • Deliver holistic wellbeing programs, strengthen events that promote inclusion, and uplift diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging through internal communications and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shaping and amplifying key initiatives, tailoring them across markets while embedding a unified employee experience.
  • Operating across diverse white and blue collar business units.
  • Developing and implementing D&I strategies to drive cultural impact and engagement.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership, cross-functional steering groups, and regional representatives globally.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and influencing at executive level.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging as a specialist from within HR teams.
  • Significant experience with the end-to-end strategic and implementation of D&I programs, ideally across multinational remits.
  • Strong experience in designing and delivering holistic wellbeing programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at executive level.
  • Proven capability in internal communications and project management.
  • Experience measuring program impact through metrics and reporting.
