Advance Inclusive Workplace Culture

This role plays a pivotal part in driving organisational culture through wellbeing programs, inclusion-promoting events and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives.

You will be an influential figure within the People & Culture team, reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will engage closely with senior leadership, cross-functional steering groups and regional representatives globally.

Shaping and amplifying key initiatives is crucial, tailoring them across markets while embedding a unified employee experience. Strong campaign management engagement, particularly with community and external partners, is also required.

  • Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging as a specialist from within HR teams, leading program management of D&I initiatives across multinational remits.
  • HR Generalists with significant experience in strategic and implementation of D&I programs are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in designing and delivering holistic wellbeing programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Able to operate across diverse white and blue collar business units.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at executive level.
  • Proven capability in internal communications and project management.
  • Measuring program impact through metrics and reporting.
  • A commercial mindset, coupled with passion for purpose-led leadership and cultural impact.
