We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Events team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events that promote our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment rental.
  • Manage event registrations, promotional materials, and websites.
  • Act as the main contact for vendors and ensure smooth delivery of all on-site event activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in healthcare or medical devices. Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort working with data and reporting. Qualification in business administration or event management is ideal.

Travel Expectations:

20% travel to support the planning and execution of events on-site as required.
