As a Medical Education Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating medical education events across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate all medical education events from local workshops to inter-regional programs.
  • Manage registrations, promotional materials, websites, and event reporting.
  • Act as the main contact for venues, travel providers, catering, AV, and other vendors.
  • Handle participant travel bookings in line with company policy.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of on-site event activities (travel approximately 20% of the time).
  • Prepare and manage event documentation to meet global compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records in systems such as Medispend and support internal and external audits.
  • Process and reconcile event-related expenses via systems like Concur.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Confident working with systems like CVENT, Concur, Medispend (or willingness to learn).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort working with data and reporting.
  • Qualification in business administration or event management is ideal.
Travel Expectations
  • 20% travel to support the planning and execution of events on-site as required.
