Event Coordinator Role

Job Overview and Responsibilities

We seek an experienced event coordinator to manage medical education events across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Coordinate all aspects of medical education events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and vendor management.
  • Oversee event registrations, promotional materials, and post-event reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance systems and support internal audits.
  • Process and reconcile event-related expenses via Concur and other systems.
  • Monitor budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.

Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
