Event Planner

We are seeking a skilled Event Planner to join our team. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning corporate and social events within our premium venues.

The Venues

Our CBD venues feature breathtaking views and exceptional dining experiences. We have three premier locations within the Sydney Tower: Bar 83, Skyfeast, and Infinity. Each offers a unique atmosphere and exquisite cuisine.

The Role

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless event execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating events from conception to completion
  • Managing client relationships and expectations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery
  • Analyzing sales reports and budgets to inform event strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Key Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
